I grant giving the place five stars is not entirely warranted. Many of the lockers don’t work. They take quarters, for goodness sake - five of them! And one of the universal change rooms has smelled like dirty diapers for a month. The facility is dark and looks like it was built in the 70’s and not updated since. And there is no hot tub! Great place with friendly staff
I enjoy swimming at the Mitchner Center. I used to work at Mitchner Center, and there are many warm memories here. The facility is well maintained and clean, with friendly staff. I recommend using the pool because the water is warm and the showers and locker rooms are spacious and sanitary.
Wish longer hours
We typically come here for the pool, I enjoy the atmosphere, they have additional services there too, a gym for rent I believe and art classes maybe? Favorite Thing is how well they keep the sidewalks in and around their facilities cleared. It's a good place to go for a walk in the winter.
