I completed only one test, yet I was charged twice. When I raised a complaint about the duplicate charge, they claimed they had no knowledge of the issue and continued to insist that I took the test twice, without providing any clear records or evidence. There was no genuine attempt to investigate the problem or listen to my explanation. This experience showed a clear lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would not use this service again.
