Why bother advertising you offer eyeglass repair when you don't actually want my business? Not kidding. This was by far the strangest interaction with a small business owner in my LIFE. Door was locked when I walked up to the shop, where I was awkwardly "greeted" by an older lady with an english accent. She appeared to be eating lunch and after she unlocked the door she asked why we there. Refused to repair my three pairs of glasses because they’re overwhelmed with business. Literally nobody working in the shop. When I asked if she could recommend anyone else to help me out - she simply said “no i don’t want to help you”.
Very personable and friendly. Did a great job on my glasses. No wonder he gets 5 stars. Small business with a big heart.
Bob did resize my wife's anniversary ring and then he made the ring that i bought almost the same as my wife's wedding ring as i lost mine and i couldn't get that design anymore. I only paid hundred and fifty something. Affordable yet great masterpiece and quality. And, i just waited while he is doing it. I will be coming back to this shop as i am satisfied with their service.
