Decent customer service, however they spilled the coffee that I was drinking which went on the saucer. If this happened in other places they would wipe this for you. Coffees are the worst I've had in Brisbane.

During my recent visit to Michelle's Cafe in Wynnum, I had mixed feelings about my overall experience. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the food and coffee left something to be desired. Firstly, the food felt mass-produced and was not served at an appropriate temperature. In addition, my dish was burnt and not particularly appetizing. To start the person taking the order charged me $9.50 for an order that is clearly advertised as $7.80. Then another staff member hadn't a clue where I ended up finding a seat. When I asked where was the banana bread I was served it without a knife. When I complained about being over charged I was ignored. Poor, very poor customer service. Disrespect of older people means I won't go back.

If you’re really lucky you’ll get a barista who actually knows how to make a decent coffee. In my experience this happens around 10% of visits. I suppose I shouldn’t complain about undrinkable coffee, since they advertise as a pâtisserie. Problem is there is absolutely nowhere at Wynnum Plaza to get a coffee which doesn’t taste like dishwater.
