The very first indication this place is good, is how busy the place is, and not just at peak times either. The service by the friendly staff is all you could hope for. Smiles and good manners come at no extra charge. They certainly know how to make a delicious cappuccino that ticks the box for me. The sausage rolls meet with approval too. Free reading material including the HeraldSun newspaper, when available.
Tried this chain cafe. Unfortunately the coffee was bitter and gritty. I had a standard latte. The staff were very pleasant and were able to give a refund for the coffee. The tables were clean and well tended to. Wouldn't recommend unless you were after more of a Nescafe powder taste.
