The old man is a total knob. I got vouchers for “free regular drinks” and he goes “nope you can only get small”. Also last time I was here he was yelling at his employee for CORRECTLY hearing my order. He changed my order to a different coffee that I didn’t order. Ridiculous old man. I’d say fire him but he seems to own the place. Avoid this place if you can.
Delicious Breakfast in a shopping center. The croissant are very nice.
I wasn't eating at Michele's but I did get a table there today with my grandchildren I got some sushi and I was going to then buy a coffee however my grandchildren decided they wanted some sushi as well, I went to get some more when I got back, the staff had thrown my food in the bin . The people next to me told me this and I confronted the young girl and she denied it then proceeded to tell me l couldnt eat at there table then later on as I was walking past there staff looked over at me and they were all laughing I'll never... read more
The coffee I had here was considerably poorer quality than those I've had at other Michel's stores. The tables and chairs needed cleaning and maintenance and the mugs were scratched with all the wording coming off. In need of a bit of TLC!
