Chris & Linda are both so wonderful. Linda is so personable & easy to talk to. Chris is such a great person…he made my mom feel so comfortable with getting her hearing aids. He takes the time to go over everything & explain things to my mom. He made her feel very comfortable. If you are debating about going to Michels for a consultation, DO IT, you will not be sorry. Highly recommend this place of business if you’re considering seeking hearing aids or professional guidance as to your hearing concerns. Friendly, personable and professional care. Very thorough with plenty of explanation of guidelines of standard and post test results with comparison. Straight forward with necessary treatment options with flexible programs.
I was happy with my experience from start to finish. Free hearing test, answers to my hearing loss with no high pressure sales. I am no longer saying, could you please repeat that.
