Parts changer is to kind for him. Never called and asked if we wanted the work done. They we just doing it. When nothing was wrong with any wires or harness. You were giving the truck for 1 reason. & that was never fixed check engine light still on. You don’t know how to work on trucks. Didn’t get permission or ok work just started doing it. They are lucky he doesn’t want to sue and just wants to put as much distance between them
Driving home from Colorado, our car started making a horrible sound and clunking and moving slowly. We rolled into the shop and Kevin took time away from the vehicle he was working on immediately to help our family (our adult son w/Autism was with us). He quickly figured out that it was the transfer case and we just had it replaced a year ago. He informed us to drive home slowly and move up the appointment at the dealership.
