Has never been the same in the last couple of years. Slow, terrible coffee and stale food
Great coffee
All staffs are Very respectful and very good customer service and very friendly . They always serve the very nice coffee with loverly smile. All the products are very fresh and very delicious.
Not happy with the cake I have received the picture that I have asked for the top of the cake was not centred. The cake was no good, it was supposed to be a mud cake, it fell apart and was very dry. Not happy at all I have been getting cakes for years from you guys and I think this will be the last. I give you one star for ok customer service very displeased 😕😕
The plumpton branch is terrible! Gopi (owner) bullies their staff. My daughter used to work here for 2 months and quit because Gopi refused to pay her after 3 weeks. They receive their (less than minimum ie. $14 for an 18 year old) wages cash in hand, and receive no penalty rates and no breaks regardless of working a 7 hour shift. Their products are supposed to be high quality but in reality are all homebrand products purchased from the woolies next to their store.
