Michelle is truly the best. I came to Michelle after years of going to a regular nail salon and let me tell you….it was SO worth it. She will make sure to fit you in when YOU need it. I got exactly what I asked for. Her attention to detail is amazing and I didn’t have one bad nail. Not to mention, the retention is absolutely mind blowing. I went from having nails starting to lift at week 2, but with Michelle I am on week 5 and they are still in tact and as perfect as ever. Highly recommend Michelle’s nail care!
This is a cute little salon with a very talented nail artist , Michelle. Michelle is personalble and creates a very beautiful nail. I will be back!
I’m new to Phoenix and desperately needed a pedicure. Michelle responded to my text promptly with an appointment and was finished with her previous client precisely on time. She was incredibly personable and interactive with the whole process from picking a color and changing from. Chrome to keeping the base color since it looked so incredible with my skin tone. I cried when my nails were done because I noticed that the chrome she used was wrong and made my french tips yellow. I was told that's how the chrome is and I kept insisting and she said not everyone has the same product and I explained to her that she confirmed she could do them when I had sent her the picture. She decided to fix them and ended up with bumps! She lied to my face saying there wasn't and eventually she filed them down. The chrome was fixed but the nails were horrible from bumps to mishaped nails. I was disapp... read more
