I cried when my nails were done because I noticed that the chrome she used was wrong and made my french tips yellow. I was told that's how the chrome is and I kept insisting and she said not everyone has the same product and I explained to her that she confirmed she could do them when I had sent her the picture. She decided to fix them and ended up with bumps! She lied to my face saying there wasn't and eventually she filed them down.
