I manage a couple of Airbnbs, and Michelle and her team have been cleaning for me for over a year now. I honestly can’t say enough great things about them. The units are always spotless—never once have we had a complaint. They show up on time, are reliable, and are always kind and polite. Excellent service and wonderful people to work with—I highly recommend them!

While the cleaner and organizer provided very good service, I was overcharged for the service and my inquiries about the invoice/charges went unanswered. The owner claimed not to receive my texts, although I am certain these were sent. Also, the billing service required payment through an unfamiliar portal. At the time of service, I immediately offered to pay through Square, Venmo, or Apple Pay, to no avail.
