I started seeing Dr. Winter in 2023 when my husband and I were finally ready to start a family. She told me to buy ovulation kits and try. I was not getting pregnant and turned 35 in early 2024 to which she began to suggest going to a fertility clinic and exploring IVF. I told her that I felt like something was off with my hormones and asked if she could please run some tests before referring to a clinic. Dr. Winter was very nice , friendly and professional. With this being my first time visiting her she mad me feel very comfortable. The building was very clean , service was extremely quick and staff were kind.
Ive been a patient of Duly for over 10 years. I have met a few providers that have been nice and helpful. I can say most of my interactions with Dr. Winter has been extremely frustrating. I would advise anyone who still wants good care and a provider who likes to help find someone else. I have lots I can say like how she had me do a procedure she knew she couldnt perform and referred to someone complex as she should have to began with or how I came in for an annual and did not receive all the testing requested.
