I was with this insurance for over 10 years, and when I had my first claim in my house, it was denied. I was told that I was not covered at all for any damages - although I was paying my insurance premiums each month. I was in shock. Dealing with Geico the past few days has been an absolute faisco, so in a fit of rage I cancelled all of my policies with them since I reasoned it was easier to just go with a different provider than fix the issues I was having. American Family Insurance has a positive reputation for customer service so I gave this local agency a call.
