Alexa and Michelle are helpful and so is Kelly. However had to make a claim due to last year tornado, the claims adjuster was not helpful at all and very rude to myself and contractor several times. Requested new adjuster, had new adjuster come out to our brand new home and said yes there was damage, despite desk adjuster argued several times no damage without properly assessing. I've never experienced such poor customer service from someone (Stephen). Finally got the work completed, thankfully.
We have been Michelle's clients for years. I love that I can email Michelle, Kelly, or Lexi with questions and they reply right away - not like calling a giant corporate insurance company that treats you like a number. Doing business locally is where it's at. Thank you Michelle Wanie Agency, Inc.!
