I would give ZERO stars if I could. Totally rude, dismissive, and condescending. Furthermore she CHARGED me to obtain my medical records which is in violation of her agreement w the insurance company. She made 3 diff charges: $1 to verify my card, then one for the records, then also for shipping. Unreal. She also made a note on the bill "30 minute session". There was no session.
