Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was the loan officer for one of her listings, that also was apart of a 3-transaction closing. Throughout our transaction we worked as a team for both of our clients to get the deal done. We ran into a major delay when one of the 3 transactions had to cancel escrow and find another buyer.
