Its been 2 months since I contacted her and she has not provided the service she is supposed to. She seems very biased and condescending while patronizing me. She gave herself 5 stars if that says anything when everyone else thinks she is horrible.
I had an absolutely awful experience with her. She was chosen as a reunification therapist for me and my daughter. It took her over a month to get us into our first appointment. Every time I would ask questions about getting started I would be ignored or responded to with blow offs. Michelle was in the car driving for our first session and didn't seem very interested in what was taking place. I had to ask her to stop driving . She also ended our session after a half hour.
