I am a yoga student and also did a couple of sessions of past life regression. Going into past life regression, I did not know what to expect. Took some local classes but was unsatisfied. Found Michelle Star Yoga five years ago and my body said WOW. Michelle teaches Kripalu Yoga. In Michelle's yoga classes I have experienced physical healing, psychological growth and spiritual awakening. Marvelous yoga teacher.
