DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SALESPERSON!!! Michelle Sperry was referred to us. Before we even met, or spoke, she sent us a broker/buyer contract for 14 months and for the whole state of CT. This means you have to work exclusively with her. We said no, we do not do business like this with people we don't know. She states its the law, so we agreed to 3 months and Fairfield county only. Her negotiation skill was a thing to behold and she demonstrated a combination of strength and finesse that puts her in a different class of agent, in my opinion.
