I started off doing PT sessions with Michelle after having my baby in 2015! She was so friendly and supportive giving me what I needed to become strong again after having a baby. I joined her Buggyfit class soon after and continued up until I gave birth to my second son. I then returned to buggy fit and to later do evening classes. I am now back after having my third baby doing buggy fit and an online evening class with Sarah!
