We had to wait a month before we could get an initial appointment, which was no big deal, we waited. Just before the appointment dates, they cancelled on us and instead of being flexible with a new appointment date, made us wait another month. We waited. Guess what happened.....they cancelled AGAIN!!! This company is terrible and does not care that families in need are waiting. Just tell me you don't want our business to begin with, and we wont waste time with unproductive wait windows. I could have had these scheduled with ... read more

This office cancelled my initial appointment at the last minute, rescheduled, then again cancelled my next appointment. Rescheduled, I showed up at scheduled appointment time, SURPRISE, Michelle wasn't in the office. No text, call or email. I requested time off of my job to go as no other appointments were available after hours. Not acceptable. Will be going elsewhere. No consideration whatsoever for their clients time.

Cancelled at the last minute when services were really needed, but she had personal issues that came up, as we all do from time to time. I won't be going back, but I wish her well.
