Very poor experience with Michelle. She rushes sessions and refused to call me my meds in when I was running out because she said I owed money. I called billing and they couldn’t figure out why I owed anything at all. It’s hard to get anything accomplished with her when she seems miserable herself.
Michelle is incredible! I have been seeing her since I was 17 at my old rehab center (I am now 23), and without her my life would not have been saved!!! She’s professional, caring, and has always been there for me. I am so beyond grateful to have her as my doctor! I would recommend her to anybody of any age.
I’ve been seeing Michelle Shamblin for over 15 yrs. My husband says she is the only one who took enough time and interest in me. He gives her credit for me being here.
Michelle is a great psychiatric nurse practitioner. She works with me so nicely regarding meds, going up or down with certain ones, depending on how I feel. Things are stable with me now because of the help I get from Michelle. And just as someone else has said here, she's seen me at my worst and my best. I highly recommend Michelle Shamblin for any mental health needs. She really cares about her patients.
These types of reviews are hard because most people like to write purely the subjective side. So I will give subjective and objective. Objective: Michelle is great and listens well, takes great notes and is truly there for the patient. She has helped me get the treatment I need. Her office assistants that book appointments are just too cutthroat and don't listen well, cut you off and rarely give you access to Michelle outside your appointments.
