Happy to finally find a pcp that has good bedside manner, isn't dismissive, and cares about your mental well-being as well.
Such a bad start!!!!!! My husband was suggesting me to chose Dr. Luchs as PCP as she is a very good doctor. But when I called the number to schedule the appointment. Lady who answered, was so rude, was keep on putting me on hold, did not let me finish what I am telling her and hang up on me when I asked her name. Called back again and spoke with someone else and reported what happened but no apologies and very indifferent attitude. I have been looking for a new GP for a few years now because I was tired of being treated like just another piece of the assembly line. I was seeing doctors for 10 minute visits ( if that long) and the whole time most of them were talking to me but had their eyes on their laptops!
