Very disappointed with the way Michelle handled my wedding florals. I gave her months to prepare for my wedding, paid her in advanced and went over everything I wanted for my wedding. Not only did she have written notes but also she had photographs for inspiration. She was 3 and a half hours late to drop off my wedding bouquet when she was the one who offered to deliver them.
