I’ve been seeing Dr. Russell for many years, and truthfully a visit with her is like visiting my friend! She’s easy to talk to, listens to my concerns while also holding me accountable. Office staff and nurses are also very helpful.
I love my doctor. I have been with her for many years now. She is attentive, knowledgeable, proactive, empathetic, and everything you would want in a doctor.
I've been Dr. Russells' patient for many years. She is a good doctor. She cares. She listens. She doesn't sugar coat her responses or suggestions. She has a sense of humor. All her reports to me have been specific. There are always alternatives which she carefully explains. Her staff is kind, professional and has always been helpful. I can't imagine changing PCPs. I have the best, for me!
Dr. Russell, her PA's, NP's, nurses are all incredible. Dr. Russell has kept me alive for years. We banter back and forth and was never misconstrued as "rude," she just has a personality which seems like all the one star reviewers have lacking. She'll give you the business if you're being stupid, so boo hoo, take your meds and get over it.
