Dr. Russell, her PA's, NP's, RN's and office staff are all incredible. Dr. Russell has kept me alive for years. We banter back and forth and was never misconstrued as "rude," she just has a personality which seems like all the one star reviewers have lacking. She'll give you the business if you're being stupid, so boo hoo, take your meds and get over it.
Been seeing doctor Russell for almost 30 years. I've had many issues with her over the years. Often rude and flippant. My wife who's been seeing her for just as long switched to a new doctor beginning of the year because she was tired of her not listening to her and being rude.
