I injured my lower back in 2012 and over the course of the next 10 years went to 7 orthopedic spine specialist to try and resolve the problem. During these 10 years, my activity was limited. Finally, in 2023, I was told by a Cedar Sinai Dr that my issue was not a herniated disc, like was thought, but actually a myofascial problem. Who knew a myofascial injury could cause so much grief!! I of course went to Michelle Taylor, who specializes in Myofascial release. She is not only a terrific message therapist, she is a terrific ... read more

Michelle Ritter-Taylor is the real deal! I came in for myofascial release hoping for some relief, but I didn’t expect this: my frequent migraines have all but disappeared. Michelle combines deep skill with a calm, attentive presence she explains what she’s finding, and tailors each session to what your body needs that day. The work is both gentle and remarkably effective, and I leave feeling lighter and calmer. She also recommends other complementary therapies to address other aspects of the problems. If you want whole-perso... read more

Wish I had met Michelle sooner as she is a knowledgeable, experienced, grounded, intuitive and supportive healer. I had no idea how much tension I'd been carrying in my body and that a major physical scar needed attention, leading to an unexpected release of stored up emotions. Each session provides relief, joy and transformation.

My massage therapist knew I needed something a little more intense than her traditional massage so she recommended that I try Michelle for myofascial massage. I’m thrilled I gave it a... read more

When I came to Michelle, I'd been in severe pain from a nerve injury in my sacrum. She was gentle and effective, helping me approach areas I was afraid to move. After just one session, I felt a larger range of motion and a sense of ease that I'd greatly missed. Thank you Michelle! I highly recommend her services.
