Honestly I’ve never had someone be so thoughtful towards my bodys needs. We went over background and Michelle worked her magic, I booked another two appointments!
Left shoulder rotator cup injury after 3 hour kayak trip. Deep tissue manipulation and release applied today and made such a difference. Suggested at home massage with large yoga ball to keep the muscle functioning and released is my homework if things flare up again.
