I heard great things about this office, but unfortunately they can not provide prompt service to those individuals in acute pain. The office receptionist was very kind and professional when explaining I could not be seen for 18 days. The doctor only allows 2 new patients per day. Triage of the office schedule would be a possible consideration.

After two very physical days, an 8 hr car ride and a night in a new bed, I woke with back pain I'd NEVER experienced before that stole a great majority of my mobility and had me in a near panic. As a visitor from out of state, I took a gamble and called to see if I could get in as soon as possible. It's not an over exaggeration to say that Dr. Mann saved my vacation week. Dr. Mann is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes time to listen and really cares about helping her patients. I feel so much better since I started seeing her!
