Michelle pell has always helped me and my family.. Super nice every time I call about my policy questions. Thank-you Michelle pell your the best.
Michelle was kind but seemed to disguise the situations, we paid for two cars and we were supposed to have a refund but in reality it never happened. After a while we requested a policy cancellation which she said she had done but it didn't happen. We continued receiving charges, there was always an explanation that made no sense, no logic :(
Michelle moves at my (sometimes insanely fast) speed. Very responsive. Always gets me the answers or clarifies things very quickly. Have been very happy since I switched over 3 years ago. I definitely recommend her.
This office has absolutely been helpful for me in every way!
