I would not trust Dr. Michelle Palmer with a serious eye condition. My dog Morgan had a clearly visible corneal ulcer with an obvious crater and distortion on the surface of his eye. The damage was severe enough that even I could easily see it. Dr. Palmer told me she could not see any surface damage at all and diagnosed it as corneal lipidosis instead.
