She was very attentive, listened to my concerns
I am so thankful for Dr Pacheco ! She is very kind and understanding . I had kidney stone surgery and Dr. Pacheco was very attentive to my needs and took her time explaining to me about the procedure and what to expect. She cares about her patients ! I continue to see her and her office staff is amazing . Thank you Dr. Pacheco for your continued care !
I had a bad experience with a procedure. I felt like rushed cattle. Nothing explained and I got an infection from the procedure. Staff needs classes in customer care. When you call they ask if you can hold and don’t wait for a reply and just put you on hold. Everything seems so rushed like they hurry you in take your money and hurry you out. Dr. Pacheco needs a better bedside manner. I’m still trying to find results of my latest test results.
