Every one was polite and professional. Dr Michelle O'Shea is a joy to my heart. She explained every detail to me professional and in a way that I understand what I needed to know about my procedure. Also she is very compassionate. Kudos to her.
Dr Oshea is a very compassionate person not just a doctor. I was distraught worried and anxious, she gave me a hug and said we got this. She said she'll call me next week, but a day later she informed me that everything gonna be all right. She know that I was waiting for the results anxiously. She's not the only that's so understanding at that office, from front desk to nurse everybody was so understanding. I'm glad she's my doctor.
Dr. O’Shea is wonderful! This Doctor is so organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have been so happy working with her through my breast cancer journey. She makes you feel like you’re her only patient. This office overall deserves 10 stars as her staff are amazing too.
