Michelle Octavio has been my State Farm agent for years, never had an issue. I recently made some changes and it was so easy. Her team is so efficient!!

I used to like working with State Farm but over the past few years realized how poor their customer service is. My car has been hit 4 times in the last 3 years by other drivers.
