Dr. Neff delivered my daughter in 2021. She told me I had to get the baby out on the next push or she will use the vacuum to get her out. I was taken aback because there were no communicated signs of fetal distress and I could feel baby's head going further down with every push. I did not want the vacuum and couldn't argue because I was busy birthing a baby. Thankfully I got her out with that last push.
