I don’t know where to start. Michelle is top notch and hands down the BEST loan officer I have ever worked with. This was my 4th time using a VA home loan and originally I was using another company that was the biggest nightmare of an experience. Everything went wrong and my family and I had to find a place to live as the first house we were under contract for fell through. Our debt was declined one day before closing with a preapproval letter and Michelle got us approval within less than 5 days and helped us get our property!!! Michelle is amazing, super supportive and responsive even on weekend / late night. She takes clients cases as her own and put into 100% of effort to help them.
