I had an appointment with Dr. Michelle Wilson for my hip. Due to my consistent hiking and cycling I thought it might be a long-term injury. However, she was able to pinpoint the issue, rule out to other concerns, and provide instant and adequate treatment along with additional exercise exercises and return visit. Fantastic service! A fantastic doctor.
Dr Wilson and the entire staff made a very positive impression on me. I had some hesitation going in because I knew nothing about the doctor or the facility. The professionalism, thoroughness and care I received quickly allayed any concerns that I had.
Dr. Michelle Wilson showed a complete lack of concern for my input regarding my own treatment. While she offered her recommendation, she made no effort to listen to or address my concerns or my simple, reasonable request for an MRI or CT scan. Instead of taking the time to speak with me directly, she had her nurse, Heather, call me twice, only to repeat that Dr. Wilson “was not going to do what I was asking.” That kind of dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Pain shot and xray reading then a referral to surgeon. Perhaps there could be a cheaper way for the necessary surgery.
