Dr. Primeau is simply amazing. If you are lucky to get an appointment with her (more on that later), just don't pass it up. I was totally unconvinced about (a) the need or (b) doing a CPAP for rest of my life. She persuaded me and thereby literally changed my life. I believe extended my life by several high quality years, i.e., this is not just about living longer, but living healthier doing the things I want to do. Dr. Primeau was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about sleep. She gave helpful clear advice and went through my health record throughly. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Primeau for any sleep issues.
I took the CB TI program for sleep and I was amazed at what I didn’t know. I’m putting into practice what I learned in the course and I’m getting excellent results. I resisted taking this course because I thought I knew good sleep hygiene and was doing everything right, but alas, I had so much to learn.
I received excellent care from Dr. Primeau. She answered all my questions, offered appropriate solutions and was straight forward regarding the pros and cons of different treatments. She also provided referrals and recommendations to other treatment providers. I highly recommend Dr. Primeau.
