I absolutely love Dr. Hephner. She is a doctor that listens and she is always sensitive to your feelings. It's hard to find a doctor who is competent but also has good bedside manner. I have been seeing her since I was a teenager and have never had anything but a pleasant experience with her and her staff!
I have been a patient of hers for years I am not coming back; I requested Dr. Hephner to write an exemption from the flu shot for me since I have had bad reactions twice to them and developed flu like symptoms yet she wouldn't without having a blood test done to see if I am allergic to eggs. Seriously? And what about thimerosal also, a preservative that consists of mercury that you are injecting into my body. She has been bought into the big world of pharmaceutical profit and money. Shame!!
I have been going to Dr. Hephner for like 8 years. In fact, I have changed insurance companies a few times and each time I make sure she is covered by the new plan. She is always so helpful and has provided a very professional, knowledgeable and caring service all these years. I also absolutely love having the MyChart app available. It makes communication with the Drs and the nurses very simple. Dr. Hephner will spend time to make sure everything is clear and your questions get answered.
Terrible Doctor lied in report would not give further info about medical condition. Nurses are despicable too. Did not call about results called back myself after the weekend so I could get my results went 4 days without knowing & no prescription. Avoid some many better & more experienced doctors out there. Substandard Doctor.
