Michelle Hayes is very kind and my children like going to her office. She really listens and cares. I never feel rushed although I always have lots of questions. She has never over charged me or gave me any reason for concern. Michelle is kind and treats me and the kids with kindness. Her staff is very kind too.
Charges you extra “charges” for well child visits. She will ask you “do you have any questions” at the end of your well child visit and bill your insurance hundreds of extra dollars. Plus she isn’t very nice to children.
I'm very disappointed by the integrity of this office. During our first visit (a well care visit), Michelle "Miki" Hayes asked my 7 year-old if he had any other questions. He told her that he sometimes felt he had water in his ears when he shook his head. She said his ears looked fine & asked if we wanted a referral to audiology. We then received a $100 bill for a "diagnosis" of hearing loss. By adding this diagnosis code to his chart, she collects additional money. Unacceptable & unethical.
