I saw Michelle in October to establish care - she was selected at random due to availability. I do not typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but saw the existing ones here and wanted to make sure people know that this was not a consistent experience. She was kind, listened well, and was incredibly positive about my aspiration to become a mom in spite of having SLE. I’m not sure where the two bad reviews came from, but my experience was fantastic. She is kind, thorough, gave plenty of helpful information, and, most of all, made me feel like I was in control of my experience and nothing I could ask was wrong or silly. I’m so thrilled that I got matched up with her!

She's dismissive and insulting. Probably should be fired and never work in health care
