Avoid this doctor and her office. I was scheduled for an upper and lower GI. I did a 4 day prep that was overkill and the office never actually scheduled my procedure with the GI department at Bolingbrook Hospital. There was no regard for me spending the week sick, taking off work or having my spouse take off work to have a procedure they didn't bother to schedule.
This office has the rudest staff I've ever dealt with in my life. I called to find out if Dr. Lipman approved my colonoscopy to be rescheduled. I'm told that their office policy is after cancelling three times Dr. Lipman no longer wanted to treat me. I told the woman on the phone that I was NEVER informed about this said office policy. Woman on the phones tells me "Well I'm telling you that now." Are you serious? Keep in mind, I cancelled three times in the last FIVE years.
