I started with Dr. Puzio Bell a few years ago. She has been absolutely wonderful. Easy to talk to, very thorough and knowledgeable. She went above when they found a large polyp. She and her office coordinated the doctors I needed to see and the visits. She even called and told me to let her know how I was doing. They don’t make doctors like her too often.
Dr. Michelle L. Puzio-Bell is an awesome doctor. She listens to everything you tell her and if necessary takes action to fix a problem. My wife and I have been with Loyola for over 35 years but now that Dr. Michelle has left, we will be switching to Northwestern. To Loyola medicine: You have lost a valuable asset to your business!
As a new patient I was treated great. The doctor took her time and listened and advised me! Was a great first appointment,I’ve found my new doctor!
