I have used this company since 2021. I used them for both taxes and some business purposes (very very briefly on the business). The communication from this company is pretty much non existent. I continied to use them because i just didnt want to find a new place. But that was before finding all the issues that came from them filing my taxes. I hired them to do my 2017 taxes. There was absolutely no communication unless I consistently emailed and called them. They made an error on my daughters birthday which resulted in me receiving an additional bill from the IRS of $400. They have yet to respond to any inquiries regarding the matter. I would never hire them. Especially when I paid 3k for their services.
