I have been with Michelle Kuschel State Farm for many years now, and the one thing I can say is that they care. Not only are they on top of their game with calls, reminders, the what have yous of business etiquette, but they genuinely make you feel like you matter. The best insurance company and team by far. Shoutout to my Girl Jen, always being patient, funny, and understanding.

Michelle and her staff are always very helpful, friendly and professional! We’ve had three teens/young adults on our policy. When our daughter was ready to get her own insurance, they took a lot of time explaining her options to her for vehicles and homeowners. Today our son decided to buy a new car. We called 5 minutes before the office closed and Erin patiently took the time to make this change for us.

Nicest & most professional group of people to care for all of my family’s insurance needs. Nobody likes shelling out money for insurance, but these caring representatives really help you find ways to save. And they are a delight to work with, making you feel more like family vs. just another policy holder. :)

I've had my policies with Michelle for several years now and she's always treated me with respect and has always done her best to advise me with coverage and policies. Michelle wants the best for her customers in every way possible and will always greet you with a big friendly smile.

Everyone in this office is always helpful. I have been with Michelle well over ten years. I have multiple policies auto, life, home etc. Never had an issue with anything that may of come up. I recommend Michelle and her office all the time.
