Actually writing this on behalf of a friend .Shes totally irresponsive . In a world where medicine has become more complicated with the internet and coupled with insurance etc . Doctors admin live people should be responsive to their patients .
Excellent. Receptionist was welcoming and professional. Dr. Kim was outstanding! She was personable, clear, knowledgeable , and professional. I was concerned about the visit but she made me very comfortable and answered all my questions with sensitivity and poise. She is what a physician should be but many aren’t.
