Michelle Kim is very good she listens to you and then ask’s the right questions to resolve the issues one is having.
Poor customer service, not in office during the week, do not expect call back when trying to get prescription refills. Poor communication. Seems overwhelmed. Does not instill confidence.
Overall friendly staff but when it came down to scheduling referrals it was absolutely ridiculous. I ended up having to change doctors simply because of gross incompetence. The doctors was nice but when going over my labs over the phone she referenced two instances of other patients that she thought was me. Very disappointing and incredibly frustrating to say the least!
