This doctor took almost 4 weeks to sign my mother's death certificate. This means my mom's body was in the funeral home's morgue for 6 weeks until we could start the cremation process. She was extremely rude when I contacted her about signing it and very insensitive. I would not choose this doctor to take care of anybody even if it was free. She caused us to have to drag on the painful process of putting our mom to rest. It was a very horrible experience dealing with her.
