I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Michelle Joseph, PA-C, was extremely disappointing. Her attitude was dismissive and unkind. As patients, we deserve empathy and respect. Unfortunately, she showed very little of either. I hope she takes this feedback seriously and learns to treat patients with more compassion and professionalism.
