I'm not usually one to write a negative review, but I pretty consistently had a bad experience with this practice. Appointments always started about 30 minutes late, sometimes more. When the doctor is finally available, she speaks very quickly, and though she does try to be thorough, it feels so rushed. To be fair, she is trying to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time because I'm sure she is pressed to get to the next patient. Because of this, the practice has a factory-like feel. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Jones-Moon was polite, attentive, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable.
