Dr. Hernandez-Guzman is wonderful. She has been so helpful to me and I really appreciate her insight and care. I travel quite a distance to see her because she is worth it! The office staff is also very attentive and kind. Nice and pleasant office to visit.
This doctor is not really friendly. I saw her after my doctor retired and I was assigned to her. I asked to assist with something and she acted like I asked her something illegal saying how she just met me although she had all my history from prior visits. No bedside manner or care or tact
Una persona totalmente diferente a la de la foto me atendió, 20 minutos después de la hora de la cita, entro esta persona, sin ningún tipo de identificación. Al día de hoy no sé realmente si era la doctora Hernandez. Era el chequeo anual se limitó ha realizar examen básico. Antes que ella llegará alguien más había exámenes de sangre. Michelle Hernandez Guzman good doctor.however the company or organization is the worst. I called in for refills just to send refills to cvs the billing insurance company and they charged me $25 copay. after 20years going to same office it's time for new doctor .
