I have been seeing Dr. Guzman for about one year now, she takes her time with you, I never feel rushed. She explains everything in detail. She is smart, has a great bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable as well. Finally found a doctor that actually listens to you. Optum is lucky to have you.
Honestly, she was very informative and took the time to explain everything for me in a very easy to understand way. She was extremely personable and warm. Her bedside manner is honestly some of the best I’ve ever seen. She is the epitome of collaborative medicine with her patients; to give her patients best outcomes and realistic expectations.
